Once you are Pre-Approved, we start with the next step of our service, which is helping you to locate your home, and to negotiate the BEST possible deal that we can for you. This typically involves us getting the Seller to pay for your Closing Costs, which typically run 4-6,000 dollars, perhaps also getting you brand new appliances, and also getting the Seller to cover our fees as well.
